We ship worldwide! 
Prices are based on the weight & vary by shipping location. Please add the product to your cart, and input your address for an accurate shipping quote.

Shipping Timeframes

Your order is shipped from one of our global warehouses, with delivery typically taking place within a timeframe of 7 to 15 days.

Returns

We’re certain you’ll love your order!

However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry, we have your creativity covered.

Craftamo accepts returns & exchanges of unwanted & unused items, in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.  

Please email support@craftamo.com with 'Returns' and your personal Order Number in the subject line, and let us know your reason for return, and whether you'd like to refund or exchange the item in the email body.

Please notify us within 15 days of receiving your purchase, and
return your item to us within 15 days from your email.

Refunds

If you're looking to refund your purchase...

Once your return is received, we’ll email you to let you know. Typically, we process refunds within 5 working days of receipt of returned item/s.  

All refunds are made through our secure on-line payment system. We don’t store any card or payment details so the refunded payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment or via PayPal. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not refund used items.
  

Exchanges

If you're looking to exchange your purchase...

We offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please inspect your purchase before use, and inform us immediately of any defects/damage.

Once your return is received, we'll email you to let you know. T
ypically, we process exchanges within 5 working days of receipt of returned item/s.  

We do not exchange items that have already been used.

Please include your order number within the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot refund or exchange items that we do not receive.

Pre-Orders & Subscriptions

Craftamo offer pre-orders for selected high-demand & popular items.

By purchasing a pre-order, you are reserving your items pre-manufacturing, to guarantee immediate shipment upon release. Items purchased on pre-order will be dispatched according to the details stated on the product page.

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of ordering. After this period, your order cannot be changed, or cancelled. If a cancellation is requested after this time period, the standard refund policy applies.

Pre-paid subscription plans (3 Month / 6 Month / 12 Month Plans) benefit from significant discounts by pre-paying for an entire subscription period upon placing your initial order. As such you are entering into a contract for the duration of your chosen subscription plan.

Craftamo allow a 14 day cooling off period after receiving the first box within your chosen subscription plan for you to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your first box to cancel the remainder of your chosen subscription plan, and receive a pro rata refund for the remaining boxes, based on our monthly subscription pricing.

Subscriptions fees, exclude shipping fees. Shipping is charged based on the frequency that you select, and may be subject to change over the course of your subscription based on global shipping rates.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Shipping Services - All our shipments are sent via a trackable shipping service. Track your order from our order tracking page here. 

  • Lost Items - Whilst the majority of our orders are delivered on time, items may get delayed, or lost when making their way to you. If you feel your items may be lost after checking your shipment status via our tracking page, please contact our customer happiness team here, and we'll resolve the issue until it's safely in your creative hands! Please note that items must be claimed for within three (3) months from the shipping date. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Shipping Timeframes - Shipping timeframes are measured in business days: Monday - Friday, and are estimates only. There are many external factors that can impact upon shipping timeframes which are beyond our control, and whilst every effort is made to deliver your items on time, Craftamo cannot be held responsible if these shipping timeframes are not met.

  • Taxes & Duties - Your purchases will not be subject to any Taxes & Duties upon arrival into your destination country. They are pre-paid by Craftamo. 

  • Failed Deliveries - Failed deliveries due to an incorrect address inputted during the checkout process are subject to re-delivery fees.

  • Refused Deliveries - Craftamo does not receive back items that have been refused delivery, instead, they are returned to 3rd party fulfilment warehouses in your local country for destruction. Due to this, refused deliveries are non-refundable. If you're looking to refund your purchase, please accept delivery and return it via a trackable shipping service.

  • Cancellations - Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Orders are automatically pulled through to our fulfilment centre, and processed immediately. We have implemented this system to make sure that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.
