Craftamo accepts returns & exchanges of unwanted & unused items, in their original packaging, within 40 days of receipt.

Once your return is received, we’ll email you to let you know. Typically, we process refunds within 5 working days of receipt of returned item/s.
All refunds are made through our secure on-line payment system. We don’t store any card or payment details so the refunded payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment or via PayPal.

We offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Once your return in received, we'll email you to let you know. Typically, we process exchanges within 5 working days of receipt of returned item/s.
