We offer two worldwide shipping options - standard & tracked.
Prices are based on the weight & vary by shipping location. Please add the product to your cart, and input your address for an accurate shipping quote.
UK: Dispatched from our warehouse in Newcastle & delivered within 1-2 days.
Europe: Orders within Europe are dispatched from the UK, and usually reach Europe within 3-5 working days.
USA: Dispatched from our US warehouses (unless stated on the product page), we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.
Rest of the World: International orders are dispatched from the UK. We aim to deliver within 7-21 working days. Delivery timescales can vary between locations.*
Both standard & tracked shipping options are typically delivered within the same timeframe. However, for peace of mind, we would always recommend you chose the tracked delivery option at checkout.
Whilst the majority of our orders are delivered on time, things can get lost when making their way to you! By choosing the tracked shipping option, you can track the progress of your shipment at each stage along the way, until it's safely in your creative hands!
Craftamo cannot be held responsible for lost items if the tracked shipping option has not been selected. If your item is undelivered, and the tracked shipping option has not been selected, we will submit a claim with our delivery partners for compensation. This typically takes 30-90 days to process, once we receive the compensation for the missing items, we will pass this over to you.
Dear Indian customers, we value your custom and strongly recommend that you select the tracked shipping option at checkout. Untracked orders are placed at your own risk, as we are unfortunately unable to submit claims for missing items sent to India.

*Based on experience, delivery to Asia & South America typically takes longer that our stated 7-21 working days, and can take up to 35-40 working days. For peace of mind, we recommend you select the tracked shipping option at checkout.

Craftamo accepts returns & exchanges of unwanted & unused items, in their original packaging, within 28 days of receipt.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with 'Returns' and your personal Order Number in the subject line, and let us know your reason for return, and whether you'd like to refund or exchange the item in the email body.
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and return your item to us within 14 days from your email.
If you're looking to refund your purchase...
Once your return is received, we’ll email you to let you know. Typically, we process refunds within 5 working days of receipt of returned item/s.
All refunds are made through our secure on-line payment system. We don’t store any card or payment details so the refunded payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment or via PayPal.
We do not refund used items.
If you're looking to exchange your purchase...
We offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Once your return is received, we'll email you to let you know. Typically, we process exchanges within 5 working days of receipt of returned item/s.
We do not exchange items that have already been used.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot refund or exchange items that we do not receive.
