Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.


When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance via one of our pre-paid 3/6/12 month plans.

Subscriptions fees, exclude shipping fees. Shipping is charged based on the frequency that you select, and may be subject to change over the course of your subscription based on global shipping rates.

If we are not able to process payment of Fees using an Authorized Payment Method, we may make subsequent attempts to process payment using any Authorized Payment Method. If we are unable to successfully process payment of Fees using an Authorized Payment Method within 28 days of our initial attempt, we may suspend and revoke access to your subscription, and the Services.

3/6/12 month plans auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it by emailing us at 

Cancelling a subscription will ensure you will not receive any further deliveries, and is separate to our refunds policy. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.


Craftamo offer pre-orders for selected high-demand & popular items. By purchasing a pre-order you are purchasing an out-of-stock, or soon to be in stock product, that is not yet held in inventory.

By purchasing a pre-order, you are reserving your items pre-manufacturing, to guarantee immediate shipment upon release. Items purchased on pre-order will be dispatched according to the details stated on the product page.

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of ordering. After this period, your order cannot be changed, or cancelled. If a cancellation is requested after this time period, the standard refund policy applies.

Pre-paid subscription plans (3 Month / 6 Month / 12 Month Plans) benefit from significant discounts by pre-paying for an entire subscription period upon placing your initial order. As such you are entering into a contract for the duration of your chosen subscription plan.

Craftamo allow a 14 day cooling off period after receiving the first box within your chosen subscription plan for you to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your first box to cancel the remainder of your chosen subscription plan, and receive a pro rata refund for the remaining boxes, based on our monthly subscription pricing.
