“¡Hola, soy Piyo! (O así me dicen) Mi nombre real es Muriel!
En el 2008 comencé a subir videos en mi canal de Youtube "Piyoasdf", cuando comencé sólo lo hice por diversión y para subir los trabajos de la U, con el tiempo se me ocurrió subir covers de mis canciones favoritas, empezaron a llegar personas que les gustó lo que hacía y luego empecé a incorporar mis dibujos. Después comenzaron a surgir muchas dudas, así que decidí hacer tutoriales de dibujo, porcelana, pintura y lo que me gustara. Ahí fue cuando mucha gente empezó a llegar a mi canal. Han sido muchos años de trabajo constante, y hoy ya hemos formado una comunidad de más de 1.300.000 pollitos motivados y creativos! 🐥
He podido probar a mi yo de años atrás que sí se puede vivir y disfrutar del arte. También me he dado cuenta de lo mucho que los jóvenes se frustran (más hoy en día con las redes sociales), lo que me motiva a inspirar a otros a intentar hacer lo que les guste para simplemente disfrutarlo, como cuando éramos niños. Sin presiones externas, y enfocándonos en los beneficios y la magia del arte.
Hoy en día sigo creando contenido en Youtube y mis redes sociales. He trabajado como actriz de voz haciendo diferentes personajes de animación, participando en eventos, y colaborado con diferentes marcas.

"Hi, I'm Piyo! (Or so they tell me) My real name is Muriel!
In 2008 I started uploading videos on my YouTube channel "Piyoasdf", when I started I only did it for fun, to upload my work from University. Over time I came up with the idea of uploading album covers of my favourite songs, and people started to like what I was doing, at which point I then started incorporating my own drawings. Later many doubts began to arise, so I decided to do tutorials on drawing, porcelain, and painting. That's when a lot of people started discovering my channel. It has taken many years of consistent work, and today we have already formed a community of more than 1,300,000 motivated and creative chicks! 🐥
I have been able to prove to myself from years ago that it is possible to live and enjoy art. I have also realized just how much young people get frustrated (more so nowadays with social networks), which motivates me to inspire others to try to do what they like to just enjoy it, like when we were kids. Without external pressures, and focusing on the benefits and magic of art.
Today I continue to create content on YouTube and other social networks. I have worked as a voice actress doing different animation characters, participating in events, and collaborated with different brands.” ~Piyo
